    Thanks again @punker barbie . But, where I can see that answer?. The registered email in CB, which I presume is where the answer was send, is not longer available. There is a chance to ask in support that the answer will send to another mail? All the best.

    Thanks @punker barbie , but can you find out where support respond me. As i say. The email account registered in CB platform is unavailable. When i fill the contact form i also provide a new mail to be contacted, but there is nothing in the inbox. Can you help me with that?
