    But what is not clear to me is if there is a possibility of recovering another account that was banned just for being associated with the same identity, is there a way to recover that account if it complies with all the rules?

    I was banned from an account that I believe was not 18 years old, I understand that this account is banned, but incidentally I was banned from another account associated with the same identity that I created once I was over 18, there is a possibility of recovering the account that does comply...
