    Just to add: It's worth looking into good payout options for non-US models. All too often we get stuck with something that takes another chunk out of our paycheque, or something insecure and vulnerable to fraud.

    Urgh, people are such arseholes. I'm sorry you're dealing with that. Do you need to provide any proof of what your job is to your doctor? Your payment details won't have the names "Streamate" or "Clips4Sale" on them. You can lie through your teeth and say you're doing an at-home support job...
