    Can you say from what to what? I've wondered about this, but a lowered bitrate, like 1500, didn't change anything at all.

    Do you mean the preview in your browser? The image quality there is worse, but I'm not sure it should be squished. Are you using a 16:9 resolution like 1280x720 or 1920x1080 in OBS?
