    I know, but all you’ve done is post two similar images claiming they were taken weeks apart that absolutely no one can verify. A real, live SC rep has reached out ask for further info. Common sense says that’s the best route to take.

    Why don’t you just share the info with the SC rep as they requested? That way they can investigate further and hopefully fix any issues. Then come back here and post your observations. Posting stuff on here isn’t going to get you anywhere.
