All I can find in the Ai fucked up FAQ's is "If many ratings are positive and your rating is between 4 and 5, you’ll appear in Best for Privates (based on votes from the past 6 months)." -

No one should be able to leave an anonymous review for the model. Anonymous for public but the model should always be able to see who is doing what that effects the private rating. They should know who the asshole is that leaves one star because they refused to do something clearly stated on... -

If a model allows recording on stripchat the show is recorded and the model has the option to save it or discard it automatically and the user can choose to "save to collection" or discard it. If she does not allow recording the show is not recorded. Exclusive is recorded for the user only... -

If the model used 2 monitors and had her cam on one monitor and his on another she did not record him at all. I highly doubt she would have posted it on SC and CB if he was in the video. That would be a rule violation for an unverified person on cam. -

It is not illegal. She just used other software to record the show so she could sell it. She knowingly lied to him and did what she wanted anyways. Now if HE had recorded it using "other" software and posted it online anywhere even for free it would be a a crisis of epic proportion...lol -

I cannot help you. I am not an employees of SC. Stella has told you to message support. If you have done so already you should have a ticket number you can give to Stella for her to look at. If not you will need to wait for a reply from support and then come back here with the ticket number...
