    This may sound obvious but, have you checked your spam folder? Also be sure to click "All Inboxes" so it shows not just important messages but it also shows other/misc messages too.

    I understand that and so does every other model, but when you know the name of the user and who it is, and how prolific they are at doing it, then the platform should definitely take action to ban them from said platform. In the last 1 day, it says he has uploaded 15 videos!
