    No you can upload whatever and then use it. It can be reported and then removed. Or the rules should be changed to say if you upload fake tip graphics this will result in a permanent ban :)

    The function should be removed to upload images / emoticon graphics or a checking should be required by CB before uploading. Fake tipping seems to be something of a phenomena on CB.
