    Is it possible to verify account without scanning face?

    Is it possible to verify an account by uploading photos instead of a face scan? I've tried to scan my face many times, but it always says it can't recognize my face... Maybe someone can tell me how I can just upload the photos of me holding the ID card and the photo of the ID card?
