    Stats for White Labels are no longer being counted correctly since the April update. And legacy customers signed up on those sites have disappeared.

    That's another issue entirely. Since the GDPR changes in the stats in early February EVERY one of my spenders of consequence is gone. I have several tickets describing that: #24274019 and subsequent. Thanks @punker barbie

    There are two issues that I can see: That stats for the period of September 16-30 are incorrect and about 50% of revenue was not counted. For the past few days revenue and signups have not been reported at all. @punker barbie can you look into this on our behalf?

    As an affiliate since the very beginning in 2011 i can say that the past couple of weeks has been one of the most abrupt revenue slowdowns I have seen. The raw traffic and signups are still there, but revenue has really dropped off.

    We got the same email that they were sending the payout by wire, but this is not possible because it's two different currencies. It looks like there has been some sort of meltdown at Masspay which is the company that was handling the Canadian EFT. There are a lot of complaints on TrustPilot...

    Same here. No EFT since mid February. Obviously this is becoming a serious issue.

    I'm a long time CB affiliate. Referred a lot of traffic to a lot of wonderful performers. Lurked at Ambercutie a long time as well. Looking for support from CB and contact with other affiliates
