    I have followed all of that. It’s difficult not understanding what happened, I contacted support the day it happened. The whole thing was/is strange to me.

    I was banned on the 10th of March, and I have no idea why (thepoor_peep). Also the next day I was able to buy tokens on another account I have (peep_on_mars) but I am unable to spend them on the site. I have sent support separate messages about each issue, but I have not received any response...
