    They should preload Prepaid Cards with the amounts and just send them out, so everyone can pick it up at ATM's... It's so much trouble with all the papers and banks don't accept them, and there is no other way to provide any documents for it.

    Well i think paxum still didn't find a solution. The Unionpay Cards are not available in my Place (Europe/Spain). They said i have to wait for the sepa card and i already requested one... So that was in May... 4 month later still no cards arrived and no update on the site. Still says submitted...

    I think it's only possible with a real Bank Account in your City. All the third Party Stuff seems not to work because of the law.

If they only accept passport i have to make new pictures, go to my consult representive, wait 4-5 weeks until i get it and pay about 200 to 250 euro for it.
