    Hi @punker barbie I replied on another thread but was advised that for this I should start my own thread. My friend has had her account banned during the verification process and we cannot identify what might have happened to cause this as she joined using her passport. Can you advise please...

    thank you... we're having similar issues with some of our models being from restricted regions. Does this mean you emailed their support email? I'll try and see what happens
