I have retired from Studio and now I cannot create a NEW ACCOUNT! STRIPCHAT

Hey, I am Karly who had worked in a studio where I was not happy and I wanted to retire and finally that time has come. I retired from my studio last week I have been trying to contact them since this incident but they do not reply to me and I would love to have my account back but they wanted to delete it which is ok for me. Long time ago they wanted me to create it for them and now they want to delete it, I don't really know why but I don't want any troubles. Now, I am asking them if they have delete the account but there's nothing from them. Now I am trying to create a new model Stripchat Account but Stripchat has given me a weird message where it says that they won't be accepting further applications from me and I don't really know why is this. I would let you guys see the message in the attached files. I have sent a message to support but I don't know if they could help me with this situation. What can I do now? I am desperate. Please help me. My new account is karlyxbunny and back then was bunniestwosomee.
