My Stripchat account was permanently blocked even with an appeal. The platform claims that there was an unregistered person in my broadcast, which is not true, as I was the only one on camera the only difference made was I switched to my phone vs my computer.

I'd like to know if there's any way to recover my account or take action about this situation. I'm really needing help to resolve this issue.

I just took a look and there were a couple different occasions where other people were shown on your broadcast, which is the reason for your perm ban. I am not sure what happened when you switched from computer to phone, but unregistered people popped up.

No, I am not talking about when you wore masks, this is ok.
There are other instances where other people show up in your stream, almost like they are a commercial to your stream. The most recent one was a dark skinned man - definitely not you.

Firefox and honestly just accepted what it said to then hit the broadcast button
