Rejoining Offline Room Chat on CB

I was in a CB room when the model took a private on another site, and went offline.
Over the next 10-15 mins, one user kept leaving and rejoining the room some time later (nothing new there).
But what stood out as unusual to me was that on rejoining the room, they were able to comment in the chat.
How is that possible? If I join an offline room, or even just refresh the window after the model went offline, I don't see the chat pane, just the model's bio page.
Is there anything different about joining on a mobile device rather than a pc?

mobile sees the chat doesnt it?
edit: yeah mobile can still chat even when room is offline..well recently offline i think in some situations the chat doesnt work properly if the model has been offline for a while like 2+ hours.

Ok so that's the reason? User on a mobile device can leave and rejoin within a certain timeframe, and still see and add to the chat?

They can always see the chat even when offline but I think that if for example 10 people still happened to have left the room opened for hours if the mobile user comes in and sends something those 10 users won't see it. This is based on very old experiences though I have no idea if that has changed.

If you open the profile you enter the room.
So if you are in the chat and the broadcaster went offline and someone else goes to the profile (and does not see cam and chat) you will see him entering the room.
