I started a stripchat stream a few days ago and received a broadcast verification on the first day. I provided it at the same time and was able to stream again after a while. But yesterday I suddenly received an email saying that the account was banned. I thought this might have happened because I was streaming using a facemask. So I tried to get a photo with my face and send it to appeal, but there was no facility to attach photos for the appeal.

So I appealed through a support ticket with that picture. A few seconds later, a reply came as shown in the second picture. I am sure it is definitely an auto reply. What do I do now please help me

The account was reviewed through our standard verification and compliance processes, and the resulting block falls under a category of violations that is not eligible for appeal. Because of that, submitting additional photos or tickets will not change the outcome, even if the response you received appears automated.

Broadcast verifications (such as selfies or face checks) are not always related to mask use and do not, on their own determine account eligibility.

For privacy and security reasons, we’re unable to discuss account-specific details or verification findings in a public forum. If an account has received confirmation of a permanent block, that decision is final.

I know this isn’t the answer anyone hopes for, but I want...

I know this isn’t the answer anyone hopes for, but I want to be clear and transparent so expectations are set correctly for anyone reading along.
