Temporary Suspension on Stripchat - Appeal Help / Off-Platform Meeting Accusation (No Agreement on Site)

Hello everyone,

I’m a model on Stripchat and recently got a temporary suspension (1 month) for “organizing real-life meetings / off-platform shows”. My account is meli_sun.
The ban came after a member sent me 10,000 tokens without any agreement, and I immediately blocked him everywhere (on Stripchat and Telegram). I have already appealed through support ticket ZZGY-0005182726 and they said tokens are safe and will be paid after the suspension ends, but I’d like to get the ban lifted earlier if possible.
Key facts from my side:
• On the Stripchat chat, I only asked clarifying questions: “what is it?”, “how much will you pay?”, “where are you from?”, “do you have TG to discuss?”. I never said “yes let’s meet”, “I agree to shoot porn”, or anything like that — no consent or arrangement on the platform at all.
• English is not my native language, so I asked many questions to understand what he really wanted (including “why do you want this?”).
• After he sent tokens without my final confirmation or any deal, I blocked him right away — no further discussion happened.
• In Telegram, it was only brief clarifying questions (like why he wants it), but nothing was confirmed, no plans made, and I stopped it immediately.
I attached screenshots of the full Stripchat chat to my appeal (showing only my questions, no agreement from me). Support recommended appealing, i’ve already done it but wanna ask here too.
Has anyone had success lifting a temporary ban for similar “off-platform” reasons? Especially when there’s no direct agreement in the site chat and quick block? Do Stripchat reps here sometimes help escalate or review?
Any advice on what to add to my follow-up ticket? Or should I wait?

Not to mention, the wording DID sound like OP was interested, but that may just be a language barrier. I can see why the ban happened, though.

Hi, I think it might not be in your best interest to get a second review or to escalate your case (if that's even possible). You should consider that a second review doesn't guarantee that the ban will be lifted sooner, but it does carry the risk of worsening your sanction, e.g. getting perma banned.

I honestly think you may have been lucky as it is, so taking the second chance just as they offered may be a good idea. Perhaps it wasn't your intention, but for an outside observer, it really doesn't look good what you wrote, at least what you showed us in your screenshots. Just my opinion, though.
