I am writing to request your assistance regarding the blocked model account with the username **sillysilk**, associated with our studio **Shinestudio**.
The issue occurred during the verification process when the model was wearing glasses. She does not usually show her face during live streaming, and at the time of verification, she was wearing glasses due to an eye infection. This seems to have caused a misunderstanding, which led to the account being disabled.
We would like to clarify that this was not intentional, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. The model was simply trying to complete the verification process while dealing with a temporary medical condition.
Additionally, we attempted to resolve the issue by deleting the account and creating a new model ID multiple times, but we were unsuccessful. The system continues to show the account as disabled.
We kindly request you to:
* Review the situation
* Assist in unblocking the account, or
* Guide us on how to successfully create a new model ID
Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it is affecting our ability to continue operations.
