My account banned please help!!!

Basicaly im a gaming channel and a vmodel virtual model on Xhamsterlive, and i was banned for the following reason:

Account Holder was away during the broadcast
(ID of decision: VPYB-0005312930),
And I assure you I wasn't at the same time I was chatting with a client and there were no viewers at that time I checked then suddenly I was banned. Please help me im a virtual model and i was online next to my computer.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I think it's a bit harsh to perminantly ban you just because you were away too long. I think they should have only closed the broadcast and warned you.
