Over the weekend I tried to use the 'Become A Model' page on SC to sign back up again, and it keeps saying it's sending a code and a “magic link” to my email address. But I'm not getting any email at all at that email address, and I’ve checked my spam folder too. But also it’s saying that my username and e-mail address are already registered, so I guess I’m still in the system from when I’d cammed on there before.

It's frustrating. I think maybe the issue is that when I’d cammed on Stripchat before, I was signed up under Boleyn Models daily pay back then.

Someone is in my chat saying that he can hear my voice, but my image is frozen. WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING???

He said when he turns on the ultra low latency, it freezes, and when it's off it just buffers. But the other guy said my video is fine for him.

Only speculating here, but even if they have nearby geographic locations, users can be connected via different streaming server locations, which can make a huge difference.
If they are in another region or country, even more likely that there will be a range of quality at the user end.
They may also be using a VPN, which will always slow up their connection (no matter what the VPN provider says) over what their non-VPN service can provide.

The biggest problem is when you say something to support about models having connection issues as a user, they ALWAYS blame your machine, your internet connection, it is NEVER a site issue but has been like this for years now. I do not think they know how to sync servers so the stream drops on one side or the other. I spend alot of time as a knight for models messaging them on whatsapp they are disconnected because sometimes they do not see PM or the chat if you tell them the camera is disconnected. They seem to see tip notes but 10 tokens for a tip note is stupid.

The one thing that did stand out was the resolution. The site only offered 360p as an option. Is that your normal output? After you went to brb mode I checked a few other streams, which had the usual 720p to 1080p range and ran smoothly as well.
Did you set the low resolution intentionally in your streaming software, or is that just the default output? It might be worth testing the connection via Doppio and running the Stripchat speedtest as a first step: https://speedtest.doppiocdn.com/

Thank you for going in to the room to check it for me. No, I would never set it that low to 360. I usually do 1080, but today I've had it at 720, and I'm using Google Chrome.

Since both WebRTC and HLS showed the same low resolution on my end, the issue is likely somewhere before it even reaches the quality tiers. The signal might be arriving at SC's servers below your configured resolution.
Two simple things worth trying: run the Doppio speedtest to check your connection directly to SC's CDN (https://speedtest.doppiocdn.com/), and if you are not already using dedicated streaming software like OBS alongside Chrome, that could also be worth looking into.

Now with the OBS your stream was at 1080 dpi and stable. You need to match the output dpi with the screen dpi in the settings to get it to fill the screen.

Yeah it must be tough to find out there are stream quality issues for at least some users, especially after you invested so much online time.
I'm a long-time regular in one room, and often the model will tell me that some users have complained about her stream, and ask if I'm getting the same.
It can be lagging, no audio, only having the lowest resolution available etc, and on different sites too; almost always, I have none of those problems.
It's weird because I'm located on the opposite side of the world, so I'd expect to be the one having the tech challenges.
Hope it settles down for you.

Thank you. Yes, one of the gentlemen from this forum was kind enough to reach out to me privately to help (Time and time again I’m reminded that there are some really nice people on this forum. ).

And for whatever reason, Stripchat keeps showing me at a smaller resolution than the selected 1080p, no matter what we do. So I said okay, I’ll just have to be happy at 720p with zero “frozen cam” issues. I cleared cache and cookies, and will just stream from the web without using OBS. Weird shit was happening with OBS (my video not filling up the screen, and it being at a low resolution), and OBS is just a huge pain in the ass anyway.

I remember when I used to cam on Chaturbate (This will make Vixxen smile ), I was always at 1080 with my cam screen being large…and it looked so nice. Man, imagine if I had my Logitech Brio AND my softbox lighting (which I have now) back then…..

Previously, viewers had to contact Support to request a refund, which often created friction. With this update, they no longer need to submit refund requests manually.

Before canceling a scheduled Ticket show, you’ll see a warning message explaining that all purchased tickets will be refunded to users.

Important: Automatic refunds apply only to Ticket show tickets purchased directly.

The new refund flow is designed to minimize confusion and make cancellations smoother both for you and your audience.

Unfortunately not for me.. my offer is the very last/highest one (£2,000), i have never bought more than the 2400 package at once so I have no idea why you offer me this. Is it because I purchased 1 year of Ultimate?
