Different models want or expect different things, ask her.
Some want you to constantly promote her menu, games, pvt show, etc while others want you to be a background mod and only do anything when you need to (such as silence rude people etc)
So in short: do as Vixxen said, ask the model.

Use the search feature of this site to sort through of all the many years of feedback from models and paying members. Only count the trustworthy statements, though. A lot of people join here then get booted off kinda fast, because their behavior is toxic or negative, and their words are not true or sold advice. And they become egotistical and unreasonable. There are many paying Members here who are sound, and have solid advice too, though.
