I'm fairly certain you are responsible for securing your own account. Regardless, submit a request to being the appeal process.

@Pinoy_adam You would have received an email, sent to your Stripchat registered email (it could possibly be in your junk / spam folder).
But, if you cannot find it, you can still appeal via the way Scripta suggested right above.
