request to update gender identity

My username is irene_Ts
My account was recently verified under the Male category by mistake.


I already submit a request here https://support.stripchat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new yesterday, but I am posting here as well in case it helps speed up the process. I kindly request that my gender category be updated to Trans, so my profile appears in the correct section and I can start broadcasting as soon as possible.


Please let me know if you need any additional information or if I should re-submit any verification documents.
