Unfortunately your workplace will see this as sexual content whether you're getting naked or not. I have heard horror stories of non-nude models losing job and education opportunities. But that doesn't mean you don't still have a right to your boundaries, don't let them pressure you if you provide a fun place to hang out and chat then they'll stay no matter what you have on
