Hello @Stella_SC , I am knight for Stripchat model VeronaDime02, A few days ago, she banned forever from her room, a non Red Level 100 member for being rude and hostile to her, the member and any other name that he may create, yet earlier this morning Monday, October 27, 2027. he came to back to her room.. was previous a silver member when VeronaDime02 banned him a few days ago, this week he returned to her stripchat room as a gold member. how is it possible that since he is not a Red Level 100 member that he is still able to return to her room?

Anyone over level 55 can "mask" or change their level but that should not effect a permanent ban from a room. They can change between level 10, 20, 35, or 55 as they choose

I think I know a possible reason for the member to circumvent the ban. It is possible that they may have purchased a new mobile device or switched routers if using a laptop. They can also use this trick of unplugging the router and a reset could cause the blocked IP address and mac address to show up as never been blocked or banned making it possible for a banned viewer to re-enter a room.

I could offer this advice. Just continusly ban the viewer if they re-enter the room. Eventually they will get tired of this and move on. I once had a rude member of Facebook circumbent my ban and I just continued to block her until she gave up.

I hate when this happens. I had a guy do this to me for several months straight, about a year ago. He used to be one of my tippers, but he got exceedingly rude and jealous in PM's over time. So, one day, after an exceptionally rude comment, I smiled, waved, said goodbye, and banned him permanently. He didn't like that.

During every stream for the next few months, he would come back on several new accounts and talk down on me and my stream. I set chat to "members who buy tokens only" or w.e., and he would just buy tokens on account after account to harass me. He became a running joke in my room for a while. He finally gave up and I haven't seen him for like 8 months now.

I noticed many of his accounts were deleted (or maybe banned). Perhaps SC caught on to him after my many reports and found a way to genuinely block him. Idk. But I'm glad he's gone.

Hello @trublkgent69

Natural9 is correct that the higher level users can "mask" their league, and choose to display as a lower league. What league a user is should not interfere with a ban, though.

There are a few possible explanations for what happened:

1) The model may have accidentally clicked on "ban for 24 hours" rather than forever. The model can go to her banned forever list to see if the user shows up there.

2) The user may have many similar user names. For example, a user could have an account called user1 and another called user11. If the user uses a VPN, the "ban other accounts" feature won't be efficient.

3) There IS a known bug in our system, where banned users will appear back in the chats. If this is possibly the case, please ask the model to report it to our Official Support team. She can do so by going to Support & FAQ on our Stripchat page --> Contact Support.

Hello @Squinkle

So sorry to hear that this happened to you! Sounds like you did all the right things with banning and reporting, and even making it so greys couldn't chat. I am glad he has now left you alone.

It is unfortunate, but for some users, their fetish is to troll because they love seeing the reaction that they get out of models. So it is always best to give them zero reaction, zero acknowledgment. Just ban and report. They eventually give up because it becomes no longer fun for them.
