Account Permanently Blocked

Hey @Stella_SC my user account on stripchat was permanently blocked for Reason: Promoting self-harm.
I didn't receive the initial email with a detailed reason, however I submitted an appeal today. Could you clarify if the appeal was received and if I can do anything to fix it, or provide more information?
I'm a really sorry for a message that I have sent to the model. It was directed not towards the model, but towards myself. The wording and the message were inappropriate.

Please consider that my account existed for more then 5 years, I didn't have any warnings before, also used the site a lot and reached level 81. I'm asking to forgive this wrong communication. It will not happen again.
Most of my communications were very appropriate and I believe only did good to everyone.

The account is important to me as I have even some friends there, and really don't want to lose any connections. Also I really enjoy your site. That was a mistake.

Also the message was not connected to the suicide promotion, or the suicide in general whatsoever, if that was the reason for the suspension. And again it was directed towards myself, not towards anyone else. And I was not promoting (recommending) anything. It was connected to the bdsm play, but again the actual play was not harmful to me at all. Also I didn't see model scared, or anything. Again, I'm sorry if I violated the rules, but I didn't have such an intent it was a mistake which happened during the play by a large part how the message was worded. This will not happen again. But honestly considering that I was a long time customer from the Royal league, I'd hope for a warning. I'm not breaking the rules systematically, or trying to put the site, or any participant of the site in danger. And I didn't break any laws.
