    The prices can all be changed from model to model, so it's up to them. I think most just keep the default prices, I rarely see the models change them - maybe they don't realise, or maybe they are happy with the prices as they are.

    A model may often decrease the rate for specific users, regulars, or people who want specific "easier" things (just talking for example). This isn't them being bad or misleading or anything else, they just forget to change it back when they come back, and when someone else tries taking them...
