    I agree with all of the above. But, I don't think that is the whole picture. I believe the % of cops that are truly bad ppl, (mean, uncaring, vindictive, cruel,) is low. Which is part of the reason why I think it does not take truly bad ppl to do truly bad things, b/c in my experience more cops...
