    Are you on a laptop using wifi? That could Be your problem too. Ethernet works best for me. Does your laptop have a port for that? If not, you can try a usb to Ethernet cord.

    Unfortunately I’m not too familiar with that software. However, I had a similar issue on OBS and I lowered my output from 7000 to 5000.
