    In all honesty, I’m fine that I don’t have the clip yet (May 10). I’m much more annoyed that it took over two weeks and three emails to get any kind of update. But if she delivers a great clip and really knocks it out of the park, that will make up for a lot of frustration.

    I agree. That’s been my experience with custom clips as well. I was surprised when she told me I’d have it in two days. I was open to it take longer but she is the one who pledged to have it done by Friday. If she told me 3-4 weeks, I wouldn’t have had a problem with that at all.
