    Hi, have you tried to clear cache and cookies from your browser? This can also be a result of bad cache and cookies stored. Try to manually reset the menu and each value from it should be different. If it does not work, PM me here your info and I will open a ticket to have this investigated.

    When you download the videos from SMConnect, they are downloaded in Web format, this is the reason you cannot play them in your computer or upload them in your gallery on Streamate. You have to convert them into one of the accepted formats. Here you can find a few suggestions for video...

    Hi, if you go to messenger, click on one of the users and click on the 3 dots, you will see the option to block the messages. This is a separate tool added in Messenger, which allows models to block users from sending them DMs.

    It's still there but it's highlighted as a notification on top of the stream after you start the stream session.

    Hi everyone, You can also send me the screenshots and I will make sure they are taken care of. The screenshot has to display clearly the dates and times, the violation and the screen name of the model. If you have more screenshots, try to put them in one email/day - it would help me big time. :)

    Hi everyone, what you have all noticed in the Gold Menu few days ago, was a bug. In the meantime it has been resolved, so you should not see those actions anymore. :)
