    MFC does not want me to make it rain.

    There has always been a throttle to how fast you can tip (atleast the last six or so months, even before the new tip window). I think its around 2-3 seconds before you can tip again after each tip you send. The new layout of the tip window have just made more ppl run in to the issue.
