    No one. It is up to the broadcaster to manager their room. If the user is annoying most sites will allow you to ignore other users. On Chaturbate go to the Users tab, right click on the user's name, and select "Ignore user".

    What is the cutoff for asking for a refund? Because $20 is above my cutoff limit, be it cam models, restaurant orders, or store purchases. If I buy a $20 clock and it doesn't work I'm taking it back and asking for a refund. If I buy a $20 burger and it is under cooked I am sending it back...
