    It's not their responsibility to police what members spend and when. If a member can't afford to spend $250 every day they should possess the self control required to not do that on their own. The limit is more to deter fraud/chargebacks than anything else.

    Spending members get a % of what they spend credited back to them to re-spend on the site. The more you spend regularly, the higher that percent gets.
