    This functionality is built into gmail, you use the select all checkbox and then it gives you a message like this: Then you can just click select all and delete. I did it on an account with something like 30k emails a few days ago, took about 10 mins for it to have everything deleted.

    No they dont, they show what you requested, they dont show a conversation. There really isnt anything more to be done, cb issued a partial refund so they consider the issue resolved.

    What advice are you looking for though? CB has closed the matter. It's done, case is closed. If you are unhappy with the resolution they provided then contact support about it, I don't know what you would have expected to get advice wise here tbh.

    Why would any business be ok with their contractors poaching clients? it makes 0 sense why they would allow it. All chats on all sites are monitored and recorded for policy violations.
