    Yeah, the Sony RXIII would still be my budget recommendation as sometimes you can get it used for a good price. Hugh step up in quality compared to any webcam, but also not super expensive. Nowadays I'd recommend the Sony ZV-E10 over the a6400 as it's basically the same camera but much cheaper.
