    @AmberCutie Person sharing their person code, can we get it redacted please never share your Person Code publically, also, do not send more e-mails to support, this will slow down the process instead of speed it up, as it resets your request to the back fo the queue each time you send a new mail.

    Hey, the reset password can be slow sometimes.. but; 1: have you tried to login from different browsers? 2: have you recieved mails on this e-mail before (Are you sure it has registered correctly, is this the mail you get messages on when purchasing tokens) 3: have you checked your spam folder?

    If you ignore someone saying they are 15 and then continue the show, that is a major flaw and should not happen, I doubt support will change their mind on this ever.. take this as a massive lesson that will sadly cost you, and never do anything like this again, and maybe try other sites...
