    They realized it was you when you bought the tokens. Once you're banned, you aren't allowed to be on a new account. I'll never understand why people give money again to a site that has banned them. Take your money elsewhere.

    I would surmise that this means they are doing what they can to tackle the site, it's likely more complicated than we would know to do so.

    Sounds like someone just trying to bring bad mojo to the model whose room you were in. May have been a competing model, a disgruntled tipper, etc. Screenshot and report those things to support (on any site that this happens on) as it's bad behavior.

    I don't know how refunding works, I don't work at CB I am just familiar with ban situations like yours being frequently discussed here. Inquire about that directly with support for details.

    Did your previous account get banned? Because if so, that's why this one got banned as well (as soon as they identified that you were a previous user via your payment method on the purchase.)
