Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. (Juicer advice)
I once, a long time ago, started a diet.. I stopped eating bread (I'm french :? ) and only ate 3 meals a day, once of each, no refills :D and no snacks. I lost 12 Kgs in one month :dance:- Lounge20K
