    I spoke with the Central Bank of Belize today and they are still reviewing all of the objections forms that were sent in. So many people filed objections that it it delaying the approval of the liquidation schedule and thus the payout of the 53% first payment.

    Keep in mind they said on or about April. It is now up to the Central Bank of Belize to approve the plan. Any calls should be to them. I will also try to call them today.

    We have to wait now for the Central Bank of Belize to review all of the many objection forms that were filed. Once that is done they will give the go ahead to the liquidator to start sending the 53% payments.

    If you replied to the correct address asking for your status and did not receive a reply then yes I would file the objection.

    since you received the email saying to disregard the one that says 0 you should be good. No need to submit the objection form. You have the original email saying you are approved in full.

    Yes they will, sometime after the 20th when the Central Bank approves the schedule. Money will be sent sometime in April.

    Yes, if you had less than $2500 in your account and they sent you an email saying you have a valid claim for that amount you will receive all of your money on the first payment. If you left that money on your card and not in the account and did not remove it then your money is gone.

    If you sent in a claim form and did not get a reply I suggest you double check that you sent it to the correct email address and then resend it. Email is not always received or delivered.

    the more people that file objections the longer it will take to finalize the final payment. If they approved your money in full why file an objection? You may take longer to get your 53% payment.

    I really doubt that anyone will receive an email with the exact amount you are receiving until after March 20th. This is after the date the objections can be reviewed. Once they address all of the legitimate objections we should start receiving our emails with our final amount to be sent...
