    I would say try not to put too much pressure on yourself. You don't have to do too much starting out, just try to get a feel for camming first. Also Viagra and other similar products weren't designed for recreational use, and I don't it's worth risking.

    If you are only streaming in 720p you can drop it to 4000-5000. You won't get much benefit going higher than that.
