    Hello, I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this, but I really wasn't sure where to go. I paid a model through paypal for a show, and I did not receive one. Is there any way I can dispute this and get a refund? She won't contact me back and I fear that paypal will ban me. Thank you
