    Off-line tipping

    Do models receive payment for off-line tips if they have not come back on-line by the end of that pay period? Or, put another way, do models have to come on-line to see or otherwise "receive" an off-line tip before then getting paid for it? I want to off-line tip a model who I suspect is not...
