    LOW Fps

    Hi beautiful ppl I have some problem with my stream. Using internet from the phone (70 mb/s) ~ Good Laptop step FPS 15-18, sometimes 25-28 and i dont know the reason. Is it really internet connection and i need to get WI-FI? I have tried so many things already and nothing helped :/
