    Oh wow thank you for explaining this... I honestly didn't know it was like that. I thought that instead of a negative token balance they would just take the tokens away from the model that i gave them to. Well on the bright side at least they get too keep their tokens from me even if I wasn't happy.

    They don't respond to ANY emails at there "support" email address and calling them is almost impossible. Terrible customer service

    Thanks! I've tried contacting them at their regular support email, sent several emails between today and yesterday and I'm not getting any reply at all. Do they have a mailing address for something like this?

    Very true! I'm sure this type of thing happens to others that were big time customers as well.. Weird how they don't wanna work it out with the customers to KEEP the customer but instead just ban them. The site always felt scammy to me.
