    Banned, apparently violated TOS?

    Hi, I have tried to login today (username the same) and found I have been banned because I may have violated terms of service? I have recently purchased tokens so slightly confused. I have sent an email to support but no reply as of yet. Would anyone be able to help resolve this? @punker barbie
