    Yes same here, or doesn’t matter where I upload the video from it keeps saying error for too small of a file then it says to large! I’ve tried everything! I have so much content! & can’t figure it out to get it uploaded

    Hi, I’m a cam model on SM, I was wondering if anyone could help me out with figuring out how to upload videos? For some reason when I record on streamate… & then try to upload it doesn’t allow me to! Anyone have this problem or know why it won’t let me upload my vids?

    Streamate Question…Does anyone what’s up with sending pics through messenger?

    I was wondering if someone could help me out!? I have the option on my gold menu for send pics! Usually I would be able to upload a photo in messenger by clicking the attach button at the bottom left.. when they use the option on the gold menu! But, now it won’t let me send them pics threw...

    Question, so I was wondering if there is a way to message a member on streamate before they message you? When they tip gold for me to send photo’s ect… I always have to tell them to message me first? Just want to make sure I’m not missing something and there isn’t a way to message them first? Tia

    & that’s horrible someone came into your room saying those things! Sorry to hear! I’ve had the same thing! Most of the time is people coming into my room saying another models name directly and saying this model told me to come to you for this, ect! It’s been happening to me almost every time...

    I agree, if your there to watch them and support them like I stated, that’s different! Also, how do I block other model accounts? I didn’t know that was an option! I will contact support! But they take forever to response so maybe you could tell me how to do that in the meantime?
