    Account was Banned since 1-15

    @punker barbie, Hello how are you!? In reference to (18938648) I am not sure why i got banned and have sent multiple emails trying to talk to someone about what i need to do with tokens left in the account. Most of them are already transfered to cash payment. But i didnt have payment information...
