    Ok, get that. But my thought was to pick the right models, and take care of all cost for portion of revenue from each video produced. Of course, I will be picky on what we do. Doesn't sound any better??

    I agree. Maybe I'm old school but tips have to be earned. Some people def take advantage by not tipping for anything, but they shouldnt be expected for everything either.
